Secure the Security Tag

Ensure the Lux Second Chance security tag remains attached and intact; items with removed or tampered tags are ineligible for return.

Package and Ship

Place the item back in its original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to send the parcel back to our authentication center.

Inspection and Refund

Once our experts verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
